3. Pricing, Taxes, and Availability

• We may correct errors or omissions, including after you submit an order. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address where required by law.
• Promotions or discount codes have stated rules and end dates; they cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
• Items marked as “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Events outside our control may cause delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. For high-value orders, a signature may be required.
• Please provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Title to products transfers upon our delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.
