We currently offer standard shipping only. Delivery dates shown in tracking are the best available estimates from the carrier.

Tracking your order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members and nearby locations first.

Split shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship parts of your order separately based on availability. You’ll receive a separate tracking email for each package. There’s no additional charge for split shipments.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We can update addresses only before an order ships. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to confirm the address. Re-shipment can be arranged once confirmed.

Late, missing, or damaged shipments

  • If your order is running late, allow 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery date shown in tracking, then contact us so we can assist.
  • For packages marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your building management when applicable. If still not found, email us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and email photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and advise next steps.

Order changes and cancellations

To request a change or cancellation before your order ships, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes are not guaranteed.
