Order Cancellation Policy

We move orders through our warehouse quickly. Handling typically begins within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can try to stop the order before it is processed or shipped.

When can I cancel?

Order cancellations are possible while your order is still pending and has not entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.

What counts as “processing”?

  • Your order is locked for picking or packing
  • A shipping label has been created
  • Order is handed to the carrier or marked as shipped

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Order #YourOrderNumber”.
  2. Include: order number, full name, shipping address, the item(s) to cancel (full or partial), and a brief reason.
  3. Send the request from the same email used at checkout whenever possible.

We will confirm by email whether the cancellation was completed or explain next steps if it could not be stopped.

After processing begins or after shipment

  • We will try to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed once processing starts.
  • If already shipped, we cannot cancel. You may request a return after delivery if the items are eligible under our standard return guidelines.
  • Address changes or order edits after processing are not guaranteed. If the order has shipped, please use the carrier’s tools to manage delivery when available.

Refunds for successful cancellations

  • Full cancellations before shipment: we void or refund the full order amount to your original payment method.
  • Partial cancellations: we refund the value of the canceled item(s) to your original payment method.

Important notes

  • Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee we can stop the order. We’ll always do our best.
  • We cannot process cancellations via social media messages—please email support.
  • If a cancellation is not possible, you can request a return after delivery if the item(s) are eligible.
