Orders

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing quickly. If you need to update the shipping address, size, color, or cancel, contact support immediately with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

I didn’t get an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder and verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout. If you still don’t see it, contact support with your full name and any details you have (items ordered, approximate time).

Where can I find sizing information?

Most product pages include a size guide or fit notes. If you’re between sizes or unsure, reach out with your measurements and the product name, and our team can suggest a fit.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Delivery times can vary due to carrier volume, weather, or local conditions.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Any available expedited options will appear at checkout (if offered for your address).

Do you ship to my location?

Shipping availability is shown at checkout after you enter your address. If your location isn’t supported, you won’t be able to complete the order.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Sometimes items ship separately based on availability. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers by email.

Tracking

When do I receive tracking?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show carrier movement.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

It’s normal to see gaps in scans, especially early in transit. If there’s no update after 3 business days, contact support and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

Tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive my package.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mail area.
  • Look for an attempted-delivery notice or alternate delivery location.
  • Allow 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark delivered early.
  • If still missing, contact support so we can help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address if the item is eligible.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Some items may be marked final sale on the product page and are not returnable.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

The fastest way to secure a different size or color is to place a new order and request a return for the original item (subject to eligibility). We’re not able to hold inventory for exchanges.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or any issue. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Are shipping fees refundable?

The original shipping fee is not refundable unless we made an error with your order or the item was delivered damaged/defective.
