Eligibility and request window

Damaged/defective/incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
Change-of-mind returns: request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card/account.
If your card or account was closed, your bank or payment provider typically routes the funds automatically. Check with them for details.
Where a partial order is returned, the item price is refunded. The original flat shipping charge of $6.99 remains non-refundable unless noted below.

How shipping charges are handled

Original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable, except when:
- We cancel your order before it ships
- Your order is confirmed lost in transit
- We made a mistake (damaged/defective/incorrect item)
Return shipping:
- Covered by us for damaged/defective/incorrect items
- Paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns

Non-refundable items and adjustments

Items marked “final sale” at checkout are not eligible for refund unless defective or not as described.
Returned items must be in original condition. Items showing wear, washing, odors, or missing tags/packaging may be denied or receive a partial refund.
Bundles/sets must be returned complete unless otherwise approved.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will initiate a carrier investigation and advise next steps.
Refunds for delivery disputes are issued if the carrier approves the claim or we determine the package was not delivered to the correct address.
